THE PROGRAM IS FREE
However, businesses must apply to the program. The requirements are simple. You must own or opporate a business that has been impacted by Hurricane Helene in the Northeast Tennessee Counties of, Cocke, Greene, Johnson, Carter, Washington, or Unicoi. If you are unsure if you qualify, we recommend applying to start a conversation as other counties and regions may be added in the near future.
Update: August, 27th, 2025
The first Avante Re-Launch Program begins in mid to late September in Cocke County.
Additional programs will follow in Carter, Greene, Johnson, Unicoi and Washington Counties.
